The defendant confirmed that the pangolins should be released into the wild, but the responsibility was removed based on the lack of procedures. In the last decade, at least hundreds of pangolins have entered the defendant each year, and none has been released in the wild. This fully proves that the responsibility lies with the defendant. We believe that a new case should be filed to raise a new environmental public interest litigation against the very serious loss of ecology caused by the pangolins rescue and dereliction of duty in the last decade.
