At the end of August 2020, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) officially announced the establishment of “CBCGDF Media” and released its brand Logo.
“CBCGDF Media” is composed of about 50 self-media platforms. It is the media matrix of CBCGDF and the established publicity brand. It is also the No. 1 communication platform among more than 200 national first-level societies and a large number of traditional media affiliated to the China Association for Science and Technology. Its purpose is to serve ecological civilization, serve the spread of science, serve the construction of a community of life on earth, promote social governance, promote biodiversity conservation and sustainable development, and realize a new pattern of co-construction, co-governance, and shared governance.
“CBCGDF Media” will continue to strengthen the role of ideological guidance, play the leading role of the platform, and enhance the power of communication, guidance, influence, and credibility. Taking development as the prerequisite, and promoting excellence as a means, to maximize the advantages of new media and turn the competitiveness of a single media into a common competitiveness of multimedia.
“CBCGDF Media” will comprehensively integrate human resources, content, publicity, etc., integrate the advantages of traditional media and new media, and use each other, so that its functions, means, and values will be comprehensively improved.
