It aims to comprehensively implement Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization, earnestly implement the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, promote China’s green and low-carbon development, and show China’s actions for the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26) to be held in Glasgow, UK.
