On December 20, the winners of the 11th Charity Festival 2021 were officially announced. China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) was honored the “Charity Collective Award for 2021”.
For a long time, CBCGDF has been committed to the sustainable development of charity in China by upholding the original intention of charity, gathering philanthropic power, playing a leading role in the industry, and closely combining charity with biodiversity conservation, “double carbon” target and ecological civilization construction. Since its establishment, CBCGDF has advocated ecological civilization, green development and biodiversity protection, and has made a series of significant achievements in innovation, research and science popularization, which have received widespread attention and praise.

The International Cooperation Department of CBCGDF launched the “Sustainable Development Talent Training Program”, actively recommending young talents to speak out and serve in international organizations, and letting the world know the real China through the vivid cases and practices told by Chinese youth.
The Charity Festival, established in 2011, is the first festival named “Charity” jointly initiated by mass media in China. After ten years of exploration and practice, it has become the most famous and influential charity event among the field. This award is the support and affirmation for the work of CBCGDF in the field of charity practice, innovation and leadership.

It’s reported that the 11th Charity Festival is to be held in Shanghai from January 13 to 14, 2022 with opening ceremony, plenary session, special forum, tribute ceremony and other thematic activities.
A special “Brands with Temperature” exhibition 2021 will be set up to showcase the achievements of social innovation and charity practices. In addition, the 2021 CSR Carnival was held for the first time, joining hands with responsible brands from various industries to build the power of business for good.
The event is expected to be attended by more than 800 representatives from the Charity, business, academic and media sectors, with more than 100 key representatives as speakers.
