Based on practical experience, the National Mine Safety Administration of China revised the “Regulations on the Safety Supervision and Administration of Tailings Ponds“, and then formed the “Regulations on the Safety Supervision and Management of Tailings Reservoir (Draft for Comments)“, which is now open to the public for comments.
