The earlier of the week, before the pivotal negotiating start. The CBCGDF received an email from major NGO groups on INC-4, which asked participants to provide suggestions on the principle guidelines. The CBCGDF emphasizes the importance of integrating human-based solutions (HbS), which focus on changing behaviors, promoting responsible consumption and empowering communities to engage in sustainable practices. The recommendations aim to integrate environmental protection with human well-being and social justice to provide a comprehensive and lasting solution to the problem of plastic pollution.
