The Legal Department of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), together with relevant units, will hold a Seminar on Public Interest Litigation for Cultural Heritage Protection on April 18, 2024. The meeting invited representatives from procuratorial organs, courts, universities, law firms, environmental protection social organizations and other fields as well as experts and scholars to provide advice and suggestions on the practice and challenges of public interest litigation for cultural heritage protection and the feasibility demonstration and development of public interest litigation for cultural heritage protection, focusing on key points, issues and key areas, using legal thinking and methods to promote the high-quality development of public interest litigation in China.
The scientific journal “BioGreen” will refine, sort out and summarize the core content discussed at this meeting, form a compilation, and publish it, which the public can access and download through the Internet.
