At present, how to boost the confidence of entrepreneurs is worthy of good research. To expand a little bit, the scope of boosting confidence can be broader, including the confidence of the market, the confidence of the government, and even the confidence of government officials. Confidence is also directly related to expectations, and good expectations can bring good confidence. Expectations are obtained by analyzing and judging the situation, but when analyzing the situation, we need some unique vision and a broad vision. Everyone’s analysis and judgment of expectations is different, but in addition to this analysis, there is another factor that is hope. It is easy for people to boost their confidence when they have hope. Where does hope come from? I think hope not only from objective analysis, but also through faith, belief and trust. Faith relies on ideals, beliefs rely on theory, and trust relies on reason.
Economic development is not only a natural process, but also a simple and pure natural process. It will be affected by many aspects such as politics, society, and the world. Therefore, it is not possible to see expectations based solely on the analysis of the economic situation. For China, there is a special factor, that is, reform and opening up. What is the relationship between reform and opening up and everyone’s hopes? What about our faith? We have gone through the process of reform and opening up, we have fully realized how strong everyone’s confidence was at that time and how full of everyone’s hopes were. Because the reform and opening up has brought us hope, we have strengthened our confidence.
Today, I believe that reform and opening up is still the strongest voice of our era. We need to boost our confidence and pin our hopes on reform and opening up in the process of deepening reform and opening up. At the same time, we must carefully analyze and draw experience and lessons from the 40 years of reform and opening up. In this regard, I have the following three understandings:
1. It is necessary to promote the upgraded version of streamlining administration and delegating powers as the content of deepening reform and opening up.
2. Form a new trend of deepening reform and promoting opening up.
3. Use digitalization as a new starting point for reform and opening up, and create and meet a new system that meets the requirements of the digital age.
It is hoped that through these reforms, new hope can be raised for everyone, and confidence can be boosted through the improvement of hope.
